Aim For Graphics: Overview
We want out graphics to mirror the grungy, chiaroscuro tone of our film. It should be simple and stylish, yet fit the urban environment of London in which our trailer will be shot. Though we are currently unsure about the font, we want a hard edged sans serif font to mirror the urban environment. It should be distinct and recognisable, and most of all memorable. We particularly like the effect over the Skyfall titles, as shown below. The two tone black on the white is crisp and clean, and the font bold and eye-catching.
I had a go at recreating a similar font with similar grungy effect. The outcome seems promising, and this could be something to use in the future.
